I'll list a few of my go to's below. Majority of them are recipies I made before SW life that i've just adapted to work with the plan. Anything that I can pack speed in to is a must for me :)

Stir Fry (can use any meet or veg you like but can pack it with as much speed as you)
Steak with SW Chips (and plenty of speed on the side - I usually do a side salad and mushrooms)
Chinese chicken and vegetable rice
Mushroom Pappardelle
Spaghetti Bolognese
Chicken and Prawn Paella
Chicken Pad Thai
SW Pizza
Moroccan Lamb
Gammon and Eggs
