February 100% Challenge - Let's Go!

I haven't checked in here for a while as I've been ill :(

Last week I have V&D and this week I have a flu type thing - not as bad as flu but high temp achy muscles etc.

Food wise I have been good ish - mainly because I haven't had an appetite. I did have a few too many of hubbys valentines fudge! Cos I've been ill I've just been eating what I fancy - I haven't really fancied the bad stuff which is good.

Weight wise I don't officially WI until Thursday but the scales aren't really shifting but that's no real surprise as I've been stuck at this weight for a while and I've not been 100% on plan!

I did bite the bullet and joined the gym yesterday!! I'm really excited about it and just hope that I can find the time to fit it in about 3 times a week. I was hoping to go for a swim today but I can't go feeling ill. Hopefully I can have a gentle swim tomorrow.

I'm feeling a bit food obsessed today...haven't been naughty, but can't stop thinking about grub which, for me, is a slippery slope to the chocolate stash!!!! Much happier when it doesn't cross my mind...

I've not been as good as I should have been today but I'm off to training tonight so hopefully I can redeem myself!
 
I think I need to do some exercise. Son is at footy 10-3 tomorrow so will be just me and my daughter. I think I'll take her for a long walk.

Mine lose from lastweek had been deleted too!!
 
Well I went for a walk. We were out about an hour. We stopped at Asda on the way back and stocked up on some fruit, veg, muller lights, mugshots and alpen lights. And then we raced - with our shopping bags!!! - across the park lol. So I am shattered! Doesn't take much these days.

Well done on all the losses! I went to the gym this morning but I don't think it's going to help me much this week! I plan to go to the early WI tomorrow then go to the gym after. I WILL shift some of these pesky pounds next week! Grrrrr

No weigh in for me this week! I'm in the UK staying with my Mum! I have been good though and am also using the wii fit every day so, I'm hoping to have a good weight loss next Tuesday.

Ooops..I had a curry last night and a chocolate...got it out of my system and feel much more on top of the world today!!!
 
Sometimes you just need to have and be done with don't you Mrs V!! Nothing wrong with the occasional controlled binge!!!!

Well I don't WI until tomorrow but the scales looked a bit better this morning so I'm hoping for a pound or two!! fingers crossed please.

I'm still a bit ill - feeling better just not 100%. I just I haven't had much of an appetite and I'm a bit worried it will suddenly hit me and I'll eat all the kids treats!!

However, I'm hoping to break into 12 something rather than 13 something so that will give me a bit of motivation!
