Yeah I really have to. This time last year I had my 4 stone award and now I am a lb under the 3 stone! WTF???
 
You will get back there again, just take it one day at a time. You know that you can do this, so Im not going to preach at you!

Hey Taz, sorry about the gain but at least you had a good weekend away! You always seem to know where you could improve so I'm sure they will be off with some friends by next week. I sometimes find a gain does me good as it's a real kick up the bum! Back on track with the plan and the training and you will get your 4stone award back before you know it. Good luck for this week. xx
 
I know I can but I just don't seem to actually do it! I'm really not sure what the problem is, I know the plan inside out, I know what I have to do and I am exercising about 9 hours a week. I know I am always having too many Syns so this week I will try to think more carefully before I have something with Syns and see if I can find a free alternative before indulging
 
I know where you are coming from Taz. I know the plan really well too - been doing on and off for almost 10 years now so the basics are second nature to me. Technically I know how to get out of sticky patch but actually doing it is always a different matter. It's been said sooo many times but it's just getting your head in the right place and there is no answer to that - it either happens or it doesn't.
Before having my babies I lost 3.5 stone on SW and got down to a weight I was happy with - I hadn't been that weight before and felt great. I put it back on and then some after having 2 babies in 15mths and a nasty attck of PND. I have now lost just under 2 stone and seem to lack the last bit of push I need to lose any more. It's so stupid because I want to be a healthy weight for so many reasons and see no reason to stay at this weight and it is only me that can change that - I am in control of what goes into my mouth (the good and the bad). You would think that if I wanted it to much I would acheive it. I guess I just have deeper issues with food.

Morning all, I got quite down last night about my gain and just how fat I've got! Today is a new day, I am back on track and reaching for the free foods! I need to lose some serious weight

Thanks for that lovely post Clair. It seems I lost that weight sooooo long ago and now I want to lose the rest of it! I am determined, I WILL do it! (how many times have I said that?!)
 
WI for me today and 3lbs off. I think that is down to the fact that I have been ill rather than any sort of willpower! But hey ho a loss is a loss regardless of how it came off! Just need to make sure it stays off now I'm starting to feel better! Although I have got the gym and pool to use now so hopefully that should help keep me focused.
