FEBRUARY CHALLENGE!!

good morning everybody! happy February first and all that! First day of spring means only one thing...summer is coming whether we like it or not..perfect time for a challenge dont you think!!
youve all been updated, come on here and let me know how you get on after each weigh in and ill update again.
We need to beat the January challenge of 33stone 12lb ok???

Just started last week, 1st weigh in tomorrow. Finding it dead easy actually.

I've already put 12lbs on my ticker as I started in November eating
properly (i.e. 4-5 small meals instead of just 1 huge dinner) and working out.

Finding this a doddle actually.
Havent even had my 1st shake today yet.
Must go make it now.

Was just reading your diary there, good work, keep it up :D
 
thanks, im in ranelagh!...keep up with that positivity it will help you through it when you have down days. so glad your finding it easy! hopefully youll glide through your journey. how long are you planning on staying on lt for?
 
Given that I lost just under a stone thru proper eating habits
and cycling/rowing machine use I'm just using Lipo to accelerate weight
loss. Thing is I'm naturally heavy and the girl even re-checked the scales
when it came up 17 & 1/2 stone. "Jesus you dont look it" she said to me.
The BMI yoke says I should aim for 13 & 1/3 stone but I'd be rediculous
skinny at that weight. It doesnt take into account bone density etc.
I havent got an exact figure in mind but about 14st or so then
continue healthy eating and increased orkouts and maybe aim to
go back up to 15st with muscle mass.
So I'll be 15st solid.
Funny thing after 2 months I was down 3 holes on my belt and down
a size in jeans but weighed the same on the scales as muscle is heavier
than fat, so I had lost weigh alright but increased muscle lol.
So about 10 weeks or so maybe just 8.

(come to think of it, the girl said drop back Tue but
I finished the last of the food in the fridge and emptied
all the presses then started on the shakes on Thursday
so for an accurate guide I should go back on Thur
for my 1st weigh-in and re-supply.

Them ebay Ads are tempting I must say for half sometimes
a 1/3rd of the price for the Lipotrim products.
Hell I can weight myself at home. 8 weeks supply
for the price of 3 in the chemist.
I know its maybe frowned upon but thats a massive
saving, anybody any thoughts on it?
I'm still researching all aspects of this.
Might do 4 weeks Lipo then 4 weeks CD if I get bored too.

hey big biker..i really wouldnt get the ones off ebay but why dont you go to exante.com exante is just the same as lipotrim except you do it yourself. at least you know that whe you buy it online from the website that its actually exante if you get me. chellywellyboots doing it at the mo and it gives the same results as lt.why not try that? im just worried that you havent a clue whats in the lt ones from ebay...
haha i need to quit the smokes next too!
