Slim and save I've tried few of their products and my friend is losing well on it the savoury packs are a big pull for me I'm giving it a go for couple weeks if I don't get on with it I'll be straight back on cwp :)

Things like spicy spagjetti, curry, spag bol ,mushroom pasta..all in the same form as cwp with similar carb calories x

Can I join this? I started slimming world 22/01/14 with an ultimate goal of losing 2 1/2 - 3 stones. My February target was 1 stone +
Story so far: Week 1 -6lb
Week 2 -4lb

Next weigh in on Wednesday and I've had my sons birthday weekend with 3 slices of cake! Oops...Did an intensive 1 hour workout today to try and work it off.

Think its roughly the same as cwp. I'll give it a go for 2 weeks see how I get on and what the losses are like. I'll still be on here though :) x

Thanks, I am determined to have a change of lifestyle rather than a diet. I am not counting calories, following the Extra Easy Sllimming World plan and making sure I walk at least 15 mins fast walk every day. Weather is rubbish at the moment so I find Leslie Sansone's Walk 2 miles on YouTube is really easy to do at home. I started off just doing half of it, now I can do all and have started using weights with it.
I developed high blood pressure end of last year, I am determined to lose weight, get fitter and hopefully this will sort out my blood pressure.(all under GP advice)
btw, cake was not part of the plan!
 
Hello all, my goal of 21 lbs is looking unrealistic now as I had to have a week off of plan due to tonsillitis and having to take antibiotics, so I didn't get weighed, I'm being weighed Monday so I'll post then but I'll still aim for about 12 lbs by the end of Feb xxx
