fed up with the same foods!!!

    im a bit of a "fussy" eater..but im so fed up of having the same food all of the time, anyone think of some alternatives? .. for these foods:

    asda southern fried chicken
    pasta and tomato sauce
    micro chips
    adsa kids pizza
    asda chicken goujons
    cheese roll / sandwhiches
    sqaure crisps
    quavers

    thats pretty much what i eat all of the time, and im fed up of them and also its not helping my motabolism.

    Hi Lauren

    Oh dear! where's your fruit and veg?? Do you cook? I don't really see how you are getting enough vitamins in that list. I know you say you are a fussy eater but I think the time might have come to try something new - just depends what you are prepared to have a go at. I work with families and when they talk about their kids being fussy eaters, we list all the fruit and veg and the kids have to give each one a mark out of 5 - you can normally find a few that they don't absolutely hate and some they are prepared to try and you can at least add those into your diet. Do you like any fish? Tuna maybe? Could you add some chicken into your pasta and tomato sauce? Do you like soft cheese - maybe melt it with pasta? Does any of that help??

    Quorn southern burgers are delicious!!!! also if you like chips try these: cut some potatoes into chunky chipd. boil until they just turn slightly soft. put them into a tupperware tub and shake hard to make them a bit bashed. put on an oven tray ans spray with a very light cooking spray. oven cook until golden brown.
    one of the nicest treats for any diet xx
