I'll start at the beginning....
I started my CD journey on Tuesday 01 May. I was doing well and went into ketosis on the Thursday. Friday night came and after 3.5 days of doing really well I had half a roll, half a chinese, a couple of swigs of Irn Bru and a few sips of Wine. None of which made any difference to how I was feeling!
Felt annoyed with myself afterwards for talking myself out of doing the diet and promptly started again on Saturday. I've been in ketosis since yesterday and I stupidly asked hubby to buy scales.
When i got home from work I promptly stepped on them and there was not much difference from my starting weight.
I can feel myself that I have lost weight, clothes feel looser etc, but this has put a dampner on an already rubbish day and I'm starting to think I'm imagining my clothes being too big!!!
Any words of wisdom are welcome.
