Feel a bit better

She's me in a few months
I caved and had a slice of toast with ahlf a banana earlier, followed by a cheese string for good measure. Since then I've had a tetra and I'll have another when I get home from work.

I still have heartburn and the feeling like I've got something stuck in my gullet. Do you think I've done damage? Have I delayed going into ketosis?
