feel a bit yuck...

I think im coming down with something,my head feels really heavy and my chest feels a bit tight my eldest lad has a cold and quite a chesty cough...

if i need to take anything how will it react with the xenical.. like paracetamol...or throat sweets..should i avoid this?

Paracetamol will be ok, and throat sweets like sugar fee tunes are ok too as they are also fat free.

You'll be fine with those things...Generally speaking, Xenical doesn't tend to react with other medicines as it isn't absorbed into the bloodstream...obviously that's a generalisation (for anybody else out there who may be reading!) but painkillers etc. will be fine.

Just watch out for all the sugar in throat sweets and some other remedies...they won't cause problems with the Xenical but probably contain lots of calories....I'm sure one or two won't hurt, just don't go munching through packets of them
