Basically I lost like 10lbs cutting down on food and eating healthier and then I was stuck in a rut and the weight wouldn't budge so I changed to WW two weeks ago. On my first week I stuck to my points and lost 3lbs! woo. But this week I've been really good again, drank loads of water, green teas aswell and I had a few more of my weeklies this time and I have put on weight
. I took a sneaky peak at the scales like 2 days before my weigh in day today and I was like 2 lbs lighter than now and that's with clothes on in the middle of the day, when I'm usually heavier too. I don't understand why today I've gone up again *sigh*.
I feel nothing's going to work for me everyone else seems to be doing so well too.
