I was just watching what i was eatting and using XLS medical but i didn't seem to lose anything on them. I go to the gym 5 times a week, which is the really frustrating thing.

Oh ok, I don't know anything about XLS medical so cant help there. Have you considered maybe JUDD? I haven't tried it but it is supposedly good for boosting metabolic rate
