Feel so terrible

    I'm on my 3rd week of LL and have been finding it fine, have so far lost 16lbs which i'm so pleased with but today i have been really finding it hard to the point i had a bite of the kids dinner, cant believe i did it have i runied the whole thing, now i not sure what i should do shall i just carry on?

    Hi Tina.....well done, you only had a bite....you could have said 'oh well' and made yourself your own plate, so recognise that!

    Just carry on - put it behind you. You may get lucky and not have interefered with ketosis. Just chalk it up to an absent minded moment!! Dust yourself off and get back on track!!!

    The only thing that ruins this whole thing is quitting!

    Go for it girl!!

    Yep just carry on like it didn't happen but remember how you feel right now and think about that the next time you feel like you're going to give in.

    Honest, it's happened now so it's not worth beating yourself up over otherwise you'll just feel worse and may even then eat more. Just accept it's done and carry on as normal and believe me you have in no way ruined the whole thing :)

    Thank you both, thats made me feel alot better, still cant believe i done it, it amazing how strong the mind is because i was really fighting with my thoughts but just thought 1 bite wont hurt:mad:. oh well just get on with it.

    Carry on - one bite is NOT the end of the world - just remember how bad you felt afterwards, and remind yourself of that the next time you're tempted. I found week 3 hard - I had no energy at all - but it is just a blip and you WILL get over it....honest!
