Feeling a bit cocky...

#1
...but it's just so EASY this time around!! I can honestly say I've not felt hungry once yet - I had some tummy grumbling last night but that was due to only having had one shake up until 10pm - I forgot to have the others because I just wasn't hungry lol (Don't worry - had them before I went to bed)

I don't know whether it's the difference between Exante and LT or whether it just goes to prove how much having your head in the right place really is crucial when starting a TFR.

Anyone else feeling like this?

I've had practically no first week symptoms - had a slight headache the day before yesterday but I get headaches all the time anyways. Not feeling hungry, got my energy boost really early on and even went food shopping with my friend yesterday (I bought a Wii game - listed as £22 but scanned as £6 - bargain!!) withouth succumbing or even really feeling hard-done-by!

Maybe I'm just being smiled upon for once :)

Sorry for rambling but I'm just feeling rather super and wanted to share :D

How is everyone doing?

xxrbxx:rainbow:

N.B This is a copy of a post I posted in the LT forum as I figured it's Exante I'm on so the Exante forum I should really post it in

Good for you. It reminds me we should celebrate what we are doing and having such a positive attitude is helping I'm sure. In fact I think your mental attitude is everything. I am giving myself a pep talk about being more positive.

p.s what is T.F.R ?

Total food replacement.

I know how you feel rainbow bright.

No headaches and was really hungry days 1-4, but yesterday woke up feeling full and that continued through the day, same thing today it makes it so much easier to stick to, it feels just like the first time on CD which i found really easy (until i fell off the wagon 8 weeks into it!!).

I am going to see this one through to the end, and then some.

I think the Exante products are much thicker and creamier even with loads of water which probably helps with the fullness.
