Don't beat yourself up over this - you actually got back on with the diet after your bad day, unlike many of us.

don't get too upset hun, staying the same is better than putting any weight back on, there could be many reasons behind it are you due on soon, i swell up the week before

Staying the same is a lot better than gaining a few pounds.:grouphugg:

Thanks everyone, am feeling quite positive today. Lets hope it lasts and I can shift this weight.

Am off on holiday Sat, really hope I can stick to the diet whilst I am away. Dh is very suportive though and I am sure he will help me through.
