feeling a little shaky

ok well if anyone has read any of my threads they will see that i tend to cheat, however i had 5 days off last week and started back on sun 100%and ive not cheated saying that i can always get to day 3 but never seem to get passed it. ill get to the point im on day 3 now and my head is really doing my head in (does that make sense) its constantly telling me food,food,food ive been on the diet for 7 weeks now and never been passed this point cos i always give in to my head.

im writing this in the hope i will deter from doing anything stupid. i get weighed tomorrow too.

if you can get past the "food, food, food" stage, then you'll find you don't want / need to cheat.

I found that I only got the food, food food bit when I didn't have anything to distract me, so I started doing stuff that I'd been putting off, like tidying the wardrobe, throwing out old stuff in the attic, sorting through the post, anything to keep busy and to keep my mind off food, then when I'd finished the feeling had passed so i'd grab a glass of water before it came back again.

I'm only on day 2 but keeping busy helps me.
Tonight if I start dreaming about f**d I plan to clean the kitchen cabinets. So soon I will not only be a lot slimmer, I will have a sparkling house :D

well ive just sat down with a pint of hot choc mint normally i have a lot less water in my hot shakes to make them thick and creamy but im that hungry i will have it watered down, i agree cleaning and stuff does take your mind off it but i cleaned the house this morning and although i have new fitness dvds and wii games i feel like im shattered. ill get passed it will be climbing the walls but ill get through xx
