Feeling abit down after weigh in

Since i got back from holiday on 12th of september, i got straight back on with the diet, first week back on i didnt lose any weight, second weight i put on a pound (have now idea how) and then last week lost that pound.

Got up this morning all happy with weighing myself as really felt id lost, but no i stayed the same arhhhhhhhh i thought to myself.

I only want to lose another 7lb, ill add my last week food diary and am happy for any pointers.......:cry:

Please don't be down! You only have a little to lose, and it's always much slower as you get to target. How many syns are you having?
I try to make sure i have at least 5 a day but defo never over 15, and im like a hawk eye with what i eat, i write every single little thing down.

I will continue with the diet, as i like what you can eat and not feel guilty, im starting up with my exercise next week so hopefully that might help too
