Feeling abit low

:cry:hey, I feeling abit low today, so i thought i would come in, god its only day 8, i have upped my water intake to 3 litres, and i still hungry and its starting to get me down, not sure whether my hormones are taking over 2day, as i getting upset alot. So here's whats happening and maybe you guys can tell me whats going on.

Get up say 6.30am - 6.45 Coffee
7.30am Shake - water inbetween all day
10am Hungry 11.15am still having water
feel fine at 12pm - 12.30 shake - 2.30 feel hungry - 3.30 (water) 4pm feel ok 6.30 Shake - 8.30 - 9.30 feel hungry.

I dont know what to do, I am finding it difficult to drink anymore water, you read about people saying after a few days its plain sailing, and for me its been anything but plain sailing as i am more hungry than full.

It's like every 2 hours bam, doesnt matter that i am working and drinking +++ water its still there.

I gonna try and survive today, as food looks great today:cry:

take ur self away out somewhere for a walk! I got the same feeling around day 8 but you can get through it! Just think off your goal and it will keep you on track good luck xox

Sorry to hear you're so hungry, it will get better I promiss. It might be a good idea to have your shakes a bit later. I had mine in the morning, the second between 4-5pm and the third between 9-10pm. That might not help you right now though... Is there anything you can do to take your mind off things like going for a walk, have a bath, read a book, paint your nails? Also, don't drink water too quickly after you've had your shake as you will flush it out with the water. Better to wait an hour before you have some more. You could also try fizzy water as this will fill you up a bit more. Good luck x

i have my 1st shake between 10-11am, my 2nd at 4pm, and my last 1 between 7-8pm, try it that way it might help. i never used to have breakfast so im happy not to drink my 1st shake until then. when you feeling hungry do something to keep you occupied. it might sound strange brushing my teeth helps(lol they be sparkling soon) good luck hope you can carry on with the diet. :)

feeling a bit low today myself. even though I had a good weight loss this morning i am really craving some food right now, cant seem to get water into me today either, and feeling weepy :(

Have you tried adding Fibre Clear to your coffee? That's a soluble fibre which comes in powder form and is allowed on the diet. It helps to fill up your stomach between shakes. You're only allowed to use it twice a day though. I have it mid morning and mid afternoon to keep me going between shakes. You get it from the pharmacist.

it doesn't taste of nothing it is tasteless it reminds me of canderal (can't spell that sorry hope you get what i'm saying) it just hasn't any taste to it.

no its not sweet i wrote that wrong the formation is like canderel but doesn't taste of nothing.

i've got something its called choo yung tea christ i had the s***s i had a trial pack sent to me. that was the last thing i purchased before coming on this diet gave anything a go me except illegal stuff that is, i must have got about seven different slimming tablets in my medicine cupboard.

well thats what i got here chinese slimming tea so maybe i could take that too.
