:cry:hey, I feeling abit low today, so i thought i would come in, god its only day 8, i have upped my water intake to 3 litres, and i still hungry and its starting to get me down, not sure whether my hormones are taking over 2day, as i getting upset alot. So here's whats happening and maybe you guys can tell me whats going on.
Get up say 6.30am - 6.45 Coffee
7.30am Shake - water inbetween all day
10am Hungry 11.15am still having water
feel fine at 12pm - 12.30 shake - 2.30 feel hungry - 3.30 (water) 4pm feel ok 6.30 Shake - 8.30 - 9.30 feel hungry.
I dont know what to do, I am finding it difficult to drink anymore water, you read about people saying after a few days its plain sailing, and for me its been anything but plain sailing as i am more hungry than full.
It's like every 2 hours bam, doesnt matter that i am working and drinking +++ water its still there.
I gonna try and survive today, as food looks great today:cry:
