Feeling crap at start of diet. (excuse language)

    What is the best way (if there is one) to start the diet without having the normal headaches, sickness, dizzyness that is normally associated with the diet due to lack of carbs.

    Was Cambridge, now maintaining
    To reduce your carbs gradually for approx 7 days before (though shorter if you want). Highly recommended by me (oh and Cambridge :p)

    It took me 3 goes of Cambridge to lose my weight. First time cold turkey...never again :eek: 2nd and 3rd time reduced carbs. What a difference.
