Feeling crap......

why is it sooo god damn hard to lose weight!!! i have the best intentions but no will power... and now my holiday is 4 weeks away!!!
i've restarted weight watchers today.. ive been trying to eat healthy but not been too strict as ive bin going to the gym 4 times a week... doing about 40 mins and also walking 2.5 mile a day... ive lost 3 pound.. which is good but last night treated myself to fish and chips and now i feel so bad... if only i'd of kept walking!!!
anyway... fingers crossed i can burn off the excess calories in the gym and i can lose about 7 - 8 before my holiday!!!!

If you work hard and stick to your points im sure you'll be able to lose the weight!!

you've been doing loads of exercising and walking so i wouldn't feel too bad on yourself :)

hey hun it's great your so motivated to do exercise and keep at it, just watch your not doing TOO much compared to the amount of points your having, as if your earning too many points and then not eating enough points to make up the difference your body may not be getting enough of what is needed and feel it's being starved. This slows down weight loss, especially as your starting off at a low weight in the first place etc, apart from this if your finding your slowing up or stopped all together try the wendy plan or kick start to give yourself extra boost, but this should only really be done if youve stayed at a certain weight for a few weeks, stick with it and good luck xxx

What smirky says! Dont become so fixated on having to work for your treats, its not healthy to think that way. Enjoy the treats but dont go overboard and stick to plan the rest of the time!
