Thanks for all your replies to my monday post about fainting.
I had almost the same problem again today - slightly concerned and unsure whether I should ensure I have a chicken salad for lunch or something more substantial (but something that will hopefully keep me in ketosis).
I seem to feel faint and sick when i get crammed on to trains and it is all stuffy - im not sure if it is LL related but as it is the same situation every day I cannot really avoid having to do it - a girl has to get to work!
I had my blood pressure/checkup last week and everything was fine - I know that weight loss can cause sudden drops in blood pressure which can make you feel faint - does anyone know any more specific info?
