Feeling Good

Hi

Had week 10 weigh in yesterday lost another 3 lbs - Yippie. Plus for the first time today a lady in work who does not know that I am on a diet commented on my weight loss, really feeling quite good.

I think that this fantastic weather is a massive incentive, as we all want to look great in lovely summer clothes instead of hiding away.

Hope everyone is feeling good too.

Well done you - I had loads of people notice last weekend when I was away, but they all knew I am on a diet.

I've decided that I need new gym kit because it was just hanging off me yesterday.

Great loss Sarahlou and a great feeling too .. my llc said last night 'look small person' I looked round to see who was behind me!! She meant me!! (Brain hasn't quite caught up yet!) Got a long way to go but man when people notice it really does boast your morale doesn't it?
