:wave_cry:for some reason, all of a sudden, i feel reall down and desparate to be off my diet and esting food.

I lost a pound last week, which I was honestly happy with, as I had had a big loss the week before, but today I feel really fed up and miserable, and I havent lost anything more since monday and am convinced i am not going to. I have checked, and I am in ketosis, but just feel really lethargic and miserable.

I have not cheated, though I had to physically restrain myself today - and have not been too tempted up to now. What is wrong with me? I would assume TOTM but I have actually had 2 in the last month since starting CD so it cant be another one.

I really really really want to lose weight

Oh sweetie, we all have off days (me especially) Even if you don't lose this week i'm sure you'll have a cracking loss next week to make up for it. Why don't you have a long hot bath and an early night. I'm sure you'll feel loads better tomorrow.

Hey Kikuka, don't worry, if you're doing it then it will go. You've done so well, if you look you'd already lost your stone so the pound was free!!!!

I'd personally stop weighing every day it can alter your mood so much you could be tempted. Look at how much has gone in such a little time, maybe your body was just in shock last week, bet you lose at least four next week.xx

I have days when i feel like this too. BUT I just grit my teeth and get through it - believe me, they do go - and you'll be back on track before you know it! Truthfully, you will get days like this again, but soon as you pass the first one, it makes you stronger the next time, as you know they don't last.

You've done so well so far - and you'll continue doing well, just stick with it :)

We all get down days huni, i have had a day like that today myself so your not alone!!
But if you are sticking to the diet 100% then the weight will take a hike, if not this week you'll have a BIG loss next weigh-in.
How much water are you drinking hun? as i found that the amount of water i drank made a diffrence to how much weight i lost, from the start i dramk 4 ltrs a dayand had good loss each wk, then at wk 10 i hit a brick wall with drinking that amount of and only drank 2 n half ltrs a day for 3-4 wks and the weekly loss was pants,started drinking 4ltrs again around wk13 or 14 and the loss ecach wk picked up again.
Stick with it hun, as you loss so far is great xx

Hi Kikuka

I still have days when I feel low and want to eat but it only lasts a day and if you can dig deep and get through it I usually find I feel fine and back on track by the morning. Pamper yourself or have an early night and I am sure the sun will come out in the morning.
