Feeling really munchy!

I had a nice lunch but for some reason I am jonesin for a snack. I went for half a yum yum that was on my boss' desk, then put that down as it is 4 syns for 2 mouthfuls LOL and then found a choc mint hi-fi bar in the bottom of my bag. First time I have had one and it was lush and now I am ok :)

We had a chat at our meeting this week about what to have in the evening for snacks when the munchies came on. What does everyone eat when they feel like that?

If i'm feeling really munchy i usually have a chicken mugshot followed by something sweet like some grapes or a mullerlight, that usually helps me x

I normally have things like packets of Ham, cooked chicken drumsticks and masses of fruit for when I get the munchies....although saying that on EE I feel fuller for longer so dont get this need to snack!
