Funny how sometimes you cant sleep as you think of all the sad things that happen in life, and can seamlessly connect food intake and weight changes accordingly....

Linda it is very clear from your posts on this forum that things are not going well for you, and that it is possible that you are suffering from depression.

People here are - and will no doubt continue to be - very sympathetic and helpful. People here are very nice. But there is a limit to how helpful we can be because we are not professionals.

And what you need is professional help. Firstly medical help to tackle the depression. Then practical help to sort out how to move on from the unsatisfactory relationship you are in.

We don't know what your circumstances are, other than that you appear to be living with someone who is unkind to you. If you want to get out - and why wouldn't you? - then you need to find a way to do so.

There are organisations which can help with abusive relationships. You could contact your local council, your local library, or your local Citizens Advice Bureau to find out what is available in your area. Or your doctor might have contacts.

There are things you can do - but only you can do them. Only you can take the first step.

Linda, I agree will above post. but will add.
From positive steps positive things will follow but you have to make the first move to get the ball rolling.
All the best and may you find the strength to get your good feelings back
