Feeling Sorry for Myself

    Urghhhhhhhhhh had the cold and headache from hell for the last 2 days and one of the family dogs had to be put down yesterday and I really want to eat some comfort food! I'm not going to but feeling really sorry for myself. :cry:

    Take some paracetamol for the cold and headache and have a bath and early night tonight and hopefully you'll feel great and weigh less by Monday!

    Isn't it funny to realise why one used to eat. A day like you are having would have made my local take away joint a tidy profit back in the day.

    Yes I'm the same... it's when I feel down or ill I just want to eat. At least I am having to learn other ways of dealing with my emotions.
