Feeling the need to munch

:( Ok, so today I have had a Bar for lunch, vanilla and cinnamon.

PLUS: 2 choc chip (not biscuits, just the choc chip bit)and a glace cherry.

I am feeling the need to much big time (TOTM). Feeling generally pretty rubbish today.

I have decided to have one small glass wine and an ASDA bar.

But hey, I think things could be so much worse....my mum was baking cakes and biscuits today for my red nose day and the temptation was sooo high (hence the glace cherry).

I am bad. :(

Is it possible to be in sync via virtual contact? I'm with you today on the need to munch.... argggggggggggggggg I gave in and had some of my daughter's milky way stars.... could have kicked myself. Now just got to get through tomorrow night, I'm sorting out the food for our Comic Relief call centre ... 40 large Dominos pizzas, plus lots of alcohol, chocolate, sweets, crisps, fruit etc to keep everyone going

Am annoyed with self.

But am joining Bannatynes tomorrow (I think) so will hopefully get back into it tomorrow.

The TOTM thing is all new to me, as I previously had the Mirena so no periods. I am struggling to cope with the angry moodiness prior to it, and the raging munchies during.

Nightshift tomorrow for 3 nights so hopefully that will put a stop to it.
