feeling thirsty all the time

hi all on day 3 of ss am drinking at least 4 litres of water plus tea and i just feel so thirsty all the time have such a dry mouth is this normal

I had the dry mouth as well, and still get it occasionally. I just try to drink more water and it will go eventually.
