Feeling weak today

Is anyone else feeling weak and a bit down? I am coming to the end of week 2 and this is the worst I have felt since I started, has anyone else felt like this? Also think that Coke Zero doesn't agree with me at the moment as I had some last weekend and felt really sick afterwards! Fed up cos that was my weekend treat!

It's part of the journey.. as you have probably used food as emotional support. I had the same downs, but totally over it now. As for coke zero I'm not feeling the love!! I love the diet variety but not keen on zero... but to be honest I will take any treat!!
