I feel rubbish - I was doing so well and i feel like i've really let myself down. TOTM, have not been able to stop thinking about food! I am on SS and on Friday i had my soup, but fancied some crunch, so i had a handful of low fat, high protein, roasted soya nuts and some veggies with a bit of cheese on the top - still in ketosis i guess, saturday, period pains terrible and after gym, thought i was going to collapse, cheese toastie for lunch and then had a low fat, high protein omelette, because we had visitors who were tucking into a roast that i had made and felt like i had to eat normally in order to avoid the " but your not fat" comment, especially as the guests were bigger than me. Then yesterday, whole day fab and then had a takeaway!I didn't eat more than 1,250 calories from the whole day, i am sure, but feel like i have gone two steps back. WI on thursday and want to have lost not gained weight!
    Feeling terrible and angry

Is this your first week on ss?

Pls don't beat yourself up everyone has bad days!!!!!

But try and stick to ss completely for at least a couple of weeks, you will find you end up having loads of energy and dont really want to eat anything, including your packs!!!

If you need something extra you could try doing ss+ and if you feel like you need to munch keep some cucumber in the fridge just in case, nice and crunchy lol

    good luck xxx

Hi there - try not to be so down. In the past now and time to move onwards and upwards. Why not talk to your CDC and see if moving to SS+ during your TOTM week would be a good option. You can them plan food (albiet vlcd/lowcarb) and have the best chance of keeping on track. Tx

Try not to worry and feel bad.

Occationally we need a bit of food. I bet it was really nice too......

Just move on now. I just lost the 5lb worth of weight I put on last week when I had some food.

Get back on the wagon. It's really o.k to have those of days. We are only human.

    Take care

Forgive yourself Sassy and move forward. I made a couple of false starts this summer with CD; on 2 occasions I gave up after about a week. The problem is I didn't try again until weeks later, by which time I'd gained another stone.
    Good Luck !

A Blingbabe said forgive yourself. Try again. You may want to leave a break before you try SS again or you may just want to get straight back on to it but don't beat yourself up about it and don't reach for food thinking "I've blown it so I may as well carry on eating" that was mistake and not a good one because I just ended up putting on more and more until I was forced to address it.

One good thing when you are feeling in need of a munch is to spend some time on here and see how much good progress people have made and are making. It really encourages me to keep going.
