Hi all

Last night i couldnt take no more and had a large double decandance pizza, cherry coke and nuts,

I have been struggleing alot with the ss plan as i didnt like many of the flavour shakes and had the worse week of my life. There is a stong possibility that i may loose my job before christmas, family issues etc

I have been emailing my cdc for abit of support but nothing helpful came back and i caved in.

I know the diet is good and i was loosing, but so was my will to live. I never got that burst of energy no matter how much water i drank.

Although I came off the diet for 1 night I dont think all is lost, i didnt go completely crazy and for 1 night i felt better.

I am back onto the ss plan now, and know i have to back get into ketosis and wondered how long this would take, and hopeful that i can still loose 1 lb or 2 for my weigh in on friday

Morning Sweetie, it is a small blip on a long journey and as you say there are things going in your life and we all deal with these things in our own way - don't be too hard on yourself. You may be lucky and get back into ketosis within a couple of days. If you need support then get yourself on here as you may have seen everyone is brilliant and we all know what you going through. Thanks for your message, it means alot.

I do have a long journey and i am realistic that there are going to be blips along the way and last night was one of them.

Fingers crossed that it wont affect the weigh in, even if i sts i would be happy.

It's not the end of the world, it's one day out of many. But I would say if your CDC wasn't in contact ALWAYS log on here, it is what keeps me going when I almost reach for something. There is always a post about feeling great, or a weigh in and it keeps me going.

Hi Hon, sending you lots of hugs. Don't be too upset about it - it happens to most of us, to be honest. Just draw a line under it and start again.

Just a suggestion, but if you're struggling with SS, why not go onto SS+? I am on SS+ and find it so much easier to have a small meal every day.

Anyway, hope you have a good day. Remember, if you need support or advice, the best thing to do is log onto mini's.

Snap!! I did exactly the same and it looks like I had the same food too!
I'm straight back ss'ing today and hoping I can get straight back into ketosis- just put it behind you and look forward- I am!! X

I was ok yesterday, luckily I had made a apple pie for adam and his parents so didnt have to cook them dinner lol

we went to a comedy show last night that really helped as I seem to be feeling really low at the minute the only problem was the car was parked next to a burger van and it smelt so good....

Tried the caramel bar yesterday and it was abit like a chomp, didnt cheat but still not drinking enough water.... worrid about the weigh in on Friday already as i jumped on the wii scales and said i had put on 4lbs. To be honest I didnt think it was being trully honest with me so i wont fret too much,

Have woken us feeling less hungry so hopefully today will be easier and the lbs are starting to burn away again.

i agree - a wii on a carpet always gives the wrong results. i go by the meausuring tape :)

I have worked it out that if I loose 4.1 lbs a week till Christmas I will be under 20 stone and I haven't been that weight in 20 years. Do u think that's reaching to high?

I have my birthday in 2 weeks and were going to taybarms and then it's a mth on just 4 shakes a day

Also I'm going to the gum this week do u think that will speed up the weight loss or in my case minimise the damage?

Going to do a Zumba and aqua fit class this week

I'm going to the gym a fair bit and am averaging about 5lbs a week so far so your 4lbs a week is theoritically achievable but the CD blurb says about 12lbs a month over all. You will need to increase your water intake if you are going to the gym though or else you will start feeling light headed. I double up the water in my shakes or add ice etc.

OMG, I know i shouldnt but thought that because I had been back on plan since Saturday my weight would have chnaged - and it really has. Since Friday i have put on 5lbs.... my cdc hasnt replied to any messages since she knew i had a pizza and i am totally freaking out

Hopefully your CDC will reply soon, we're all human - her job is to support you.
