good morning my weight loss buddies,
any of you newbies fancy taking the day off and stuffing your face!.. dont, it leaves you feeling like cack!
i know "yesterday i did".. started off with a meagre half a sandwich then the piggin out began.. cant even say exactly what i had but it were a lotttt..
i can only compare the feeling i got from that, was when i gave up smoking and after 3 weeks had one! i was expecting little butterfly feelings to waft over my body.. but instead all i got was uuuuuurgh why did i do that, and climbed back on the wagon.. as i will do today!
have to say though..that was yesterday afternoon/evening... and having not missed a single xenical.. nothing has happened, no sprint, no tango, not even a trump (far as i remember).. some will say oh sam you didnt eat the amount you think you did!.. but can tell you i did!!!!.. and even washed it down with a big bowl of apple crumble & custard!......."bizarre"
but anyway.. thought id share that with you all.. "have a nice day"..:)

What do you mean you didn't enjoy it, that would have made it much more acceptable to fall off the wagon!

Your not alone Sam, i've gone off the rails the last few days. Didn't take xen though. Didn't fancy the consequences lol.
I'm cutting back slowly so it's not such a shock to the system and started taking xen again.
I'm sure you can do it sam, if i can, so can you.

    ohhh "bless ya"
were all human after all!.. i kept on with the xen though.. im one of the lucky ones that dont suffer the explosive side effects, nothing really if im honest just a few toots!... im really not 100% sure that xen is working for me at all! id still be loosing weight if i wernt on them as im good with the fat intake! "well am now" lol
good that your back on track! think if it were me.. id lob the things down my neck and "what will be will be" .. but yes id be the first to admit im half stupid on a good day!!
im expecting a + on the sunday WI this week.. but really dont care much, i feel good..i truly feel that ive lost weight now!.. and happy to announce that i now spend more time on the old push bike than i do in the car!.. that in its self is a bleedin miracle lol..
but anyway thanx for the post and good to be top of the list again! lol xx

We're all human, and we're designed to fault... it's the way we pick ourselves back up that matters.. you can do it, baby steps! :)
