dont worry bout it alot of it may be water weight as sausage rolls and such things contain alot of salt and thus you retain water :)

yeah i agree with WMBB try and drink as much water as you can this week and it should come off, you would have had to eat millions of calories to actually gain 4.6lbs!!

good luck hunni and try not let it get you down, just try and get yourself back into 'the zone' lol
