But today I am back on it!

Have been off for the past month. Not weighing myself until back on track, as will just disgust myself but clothes feel tight now and disgusting.

Didn't have any skimmed milk in for slim fast today so have just calorie counted today, ready to start slim fast again tomorrow. I just find it difficult when I'm at work, and working shifts but determination is the key!

My 2 year old even said 'mummy tummy wobble' today so that's definitely the kick up the bum I need!

Any bargains out there at the minute??

Welcome back to the gang.

I done the same not that long ago only really started back last week but its going good so far.

I am not sure I got mine in boots when they where all 1/2 price but not sure if that offer is still available.
