Hi all, I’m looking for advice. I’m just about to finish my 3rd week on CWP. I lost 7 lbs at my first weigh-in after week 1 and haven’t see my consultant for 2 weeks. Seeing her this Tuesday. I’ve had 2 work parties this last week. I know I should try and stick to the diet on these days but I’ve been finding it hard and end up eating and drinking. I’ve been doing Step 2 from the beginning, but the days after the parties I’ve been doing SS to try and counteract the damage. Have I ruined any chance of seeing a loss for these 2 weeks? Would be great to know how people manage during this time. Are you sticking to it fully or allowing yourself ‘cheat meals’. I know I should have willpower and power through, but I’m finding it very hard. 😔😔.
