I have just done my first weekly weigh in and I lost 5 pounds!!! I lost nothing the last two days but I have eaten very little cheese, could this be the reason or is that rediculous?

I am not overly keen on flax mims, is there anything else I can use as flour? I read something about coconut or soya flour? What is the carbs in these and where can I get them from?

Does anyone have any tips for drinking more water? I know I need to drink more but I do struggle because i am not keen on Plain water!!

I will probably think of more questions, I am loving this diet!! I have made cheeseburger pie for my lunch which I am really looking forward to!!!

hey Vikki - well done on the loss so far - the cheese is usually a staller of weight not the other way round you lucky thing LOL. BUT you do need to have more fat than protein in this diet so maybe thats why?
ref the flour im not sure, im not that fussed on flax either! so i just stay away.
You can have that fizzy water with no sugar in??

Though you don't count calories you still should be careful not to eat ridiculous amounts? Everyone who it's what they have eaten that day seams to be eating fairly healthy? Oohh I don't know, I am also maybe gonna cut out cream for a week but I don't know what I will do without it for that sweet treat!! Xx

If you are losing dont cut anything out. If you get a stall after a week then maybe look at cutting something out. You are doing fab!

I live, live, live off of squash! Drunk about 3 litres yesterday! Net carbs in a 250 ml serving is 0.3 carbs depending on the squash! So my 3 litres was roughly 3 net carbs! Totally worth it! x
I also have it quite weak too! That and herbal teas :)

Well done on the 5lb loss woo hoo!

Oh I did not think you was supposed to have squash!!! You are a lifesaver lol, does this still count towards water intake then? I have diet coke but I realise that does not count boo lol xx

I don't know if it is officially allowed..... Hmmm.. I've been drinking it like i say and counting it towards the carbs and its not made a difference to my weight loss yet!

Hopefully one of the others will let you know if its not allowed :) xxx

Just had a quick google and It seems it is okay!
(As long as you check the carb level, I've found quite a range between squash)
I use Robinson Orange and Mango @ 0.6g carb per 100ml of concentrate whereas the Orange or Tropical is 1.6 per 100ml!

Also apparently its good to look for ones that don't contain Citric Acid!

ha ha yes the citric acid can be a staller for some people. But as i said before if you having citric and still losing dont cut it out!

Well there is citric acid in diet coke isn't there? I have been drinking that ok, I'll scour the juice aisle later on lol xx

there is in most - the only one ive found without is asda coke or tesco premium one xxx

LOL, yes you may need to be careful of citrix, but then again you may be lucky, well done on the 5lbs :D

I stalled in weight loss but I had a whole bottle of Pepsi Max. I thought its fine as it has no sugar/no carbs. Was I wrong?
