Just a few quick questions

Ive been on Cd for a bit now off and on but ive never tried any of the products before.

When can i use the water flavouring and mix a mousse?

When can i have the bars?

Can i have coke zero or anything like that?

Ive been on it about 2 months but this is a restart so only on day 11
I'm not 100% on the water flavour and mix a mousse, think it's from week 3. I know the bars are from week 3. They don't recommend zero/diet coke, but I have had it before on a night out bored of water. As an occasional treat I can't see it as a problem, but if you easily come out of ketosis maybe not worth the risk of hunger pangs.

yeah im due to see her again on Monday!
She is very old school though(not that its a problem) but if i asked her about coke zero she would just say dont have it!!

Il try the flavouring after 3 whole weeks and same with bars
