fibre clear whats the difference

    is there any difference between fibre clear and the fibre stuff you get off the shelf ie fibre sure?

    End result is no different, but FibreClear has no taste and no colouring, so you can dilute it and not know its there. Where as some of the other fibre additives can taste quite rank!

    fibreclear didn't do anything for me - so i use dulcolax. some have reported getting stomach cramps with these though, i do! But only around the time i need to go the toilet and then i am fine afterwards

    My chemist give me dulcolax free !! as he says they are more effective than fibreclear, and as vickie says I get a few cramps and bingo :)

    Actually there is a difference. Fibresure has more calories than Fibreclear (made by Lipotrim). Not by a lot but there are still more in Fibresure.

    Im on Fibreclear and am tempted to get something else as i still feel like im giving birth every 3 days...sorry but its true lol
