FIBROMIALGIA/ME SUFFERS ON CD

hi, are there any cd followers who have me or similar, my doc thinks i may have fibro or me or both! Would be interested to talk to anybody who has fatigue problems when it comes to exercising while dieting? Cheers trace

hi thanks for reply, my doc seems happy im on cd, my surgery used to do lipotrim so she's quite familiar with it, im feeling the best i had for ages and was wondering if anyone else improved like i have?

Hi,

Yes I have had M.E since I was 12/13 years old, now 27, and I am doing SS.

I am still very tired, exhausted as usual but I have been pushing myself on the Wii fit and living with the after effects!

Although I am still tired, I am sleeping now. Before CD I had had insomnia for years, first day on CD got the best sleep ever and now sleep at night.

My eyelashes have fallen out for year, no one could figure out why but since CD they have all grown back, long and strong and cause me no problems.

Obviously me being heavy and having M.E is not a good thing which is why losing weight is so important to me.

CD is not a cure but I have found it has helped me out in many ways and would reccomend it to you.

Hi Emmalouise, Thanks for reply, I think rest is the key isn't it, I have 7st to loose and that must not help. I am just keen to see the doc on friday to see what my final diagnosis will be. good luck with your weight loss journey, all the best tiz
