Figs

[Happy Holidays]

Hi I know I can eat fresh figs as snacks, but can anyone tell me the allowance for tinned figs.

I've just had tinned figs, rice & plain lf yoghurt for brekkie absolutley delish.

I'm prepared to syn the figs if necessary but not sure how.

I've check SW website but can't see them listed as a hexb (syns ).

If anyone can help would be much appreciated.

My consultant confirmed they are not hexb & do need to be syned.

Mine worked out at 8 syns for the tin, but I did enjoy my rice, figs & low fat yoghurt, well worth the syns

BTW I did eat them half a tin at a time x
