Hi 
The last few weeks my weight losses have been rubbish so my leader recommended having more filling and healthy foods... I already ensure I have some at every mean and now my diary is practically green... I might as well be doing the filling and healthy plan rather than pro points!!
My question is does anyone else focus on these foods and do you find it helps your weight loss?
