Filling & Healthy Question

With F&H, is it strictly 3 meals a day or can you have 4 or 5 smaller meals? Also, can you have F&H food as snacks or strictly only at meal times?

I am really struggling to stick to anything at the moment and the weight is steadily increasing so thought I might give F&H a go.

Thanks in advance for any help.
 
With filling and healthy the basic idea is to eat only when you are hungry and then from the f & h list (or propointed items out of your weeklies). If 4 meals a day works better for you then that is fine I reckon as long as you only eat until you are satisfied and only when you are genuinely hungry.

Give it a try, if it works, great, if not, try something else
