Filling meal ideas,

Hi all, this is mine and my husbands 3 rd week into weight watchers,

And I'm really struggling to find things to cook for our evening meal,

I want something that's filling as hubby as a very big appetite, n he is struggling not to reach for a take away menu come 9.30

We love our veg and meat so any ideas around these would be good

Not much help really, but i love stews, and would eat them all the time if i could, as i find them really filling, and i also make dumplings that are only 3 points each, i do find thar if i feel pekish come later i either have some fruit or a hot drink as it beeing hot makes me feel full, im not a veggie lover, so cant really help on the veggie side, but alot of people make a 0 pp soup :)

No not in Swindon hun that's my surname lol,

Thanks I make a lot of zero point soups I always make a big pan full with the intention of freezing some into individual portion but it never lasts that long,

I love stews and casseroles, how do you make your 3pp dumplings,

to make the 3 pp dumplings,just use 100 grams of self raising flour and 50 grams of vegatable suet .. it makes 4 dumplings and work out as 3 pp each :)
