Hey Guys!
Finally went back to WI last night after 4 weeks of eating everything that stays still long enough! How pleased was i to STS :D
It was a real good boost to get me focused!
So up nice and early this morning and out for a walk! Now just after a nice BIG bowl of fruit with mullerlight...
A great start to the day - I will have to keep it going.
I am going to start with smaller targets for myself. A lb off next week would be great!!

Brill- just shows that although you thought you were massively off plan, what we now count as 'bad' is nothing compared to what we would have eaten before.

1lb a week is a really sensible target too
