Im Jackie and i have a 4 month old baby and am now taking that step to loose alot of unwanted weight!

Im off to see my counceller today for the first time to get all the info etc so hopefully will be starting asap!!

My name is Pauline and I just started the CD today, hoping to stay motivated although I am thinkin I should have waited till the kids went back to school cos I am exhausted after a whole day without my diet coke and sugar rush chocolates.

Mines ok but i cheated the first night as broke up with my BF...but im over that now and working hard....
