Finally finally finally

Thought I'd put some positivity after all the moaning I've done on this forum (esp seeing as I'm only starting back!!)

Did a week 100% and put on half pound first week. So sickened, was really bold and binged for about a week and a half. Got back to plan on Monday, just had weigh in and 2 and a half OFF!!!:clap:

Guess my poor body was struggling after a year and a bit of coffee and cake/biscuit addiction. Feeling great - this forum has been such a blessing!! So thank you all people!! Here's to four and a half more!!

Sometimes, being a little naughty isn't that bad. I think it helps to boost your metabolism especially if you've been getting used to eating the same things all the time.

You've just got to stick to plan now to make sure it doesn't come back on.

Yeah, the thinking too far ahead sends me off track. Adding up week after week, trying to work out when I'll lose 4 stone, then the first week I don't lose, I feel like chucking the whole lot.
So plan is think about 7lbs at a time, no more, and like the alcoholics, one day at a time...
Other big help is that I can't cook to save my life, so when l lost my first two stone, it was the same thing day in day out. Now I'm mixing it up and loving it!!
