Finally found my motivation

It's finding something to replace the comfort eating that will really help, I've got a couple of things in place, surfing the net ( look at me being all technical lol) I've also got a colouring book and set of felt tips, crazy I know but hey it works ;) hubbie thinks I am a bit of a nutter, and walking the dog! Also drinking fizzy water with a drop of squash in it.
