finally my b4 and after pics

Well I really hope these help anyone struggling, my weight this morning was 9st 11lbs. The b4 pics were taken the week b4 I started cd, the after were at a friends birthday party last night. Sorry not great pics but I have lost my lead to the camera so i got these off my friends facebbok
