Hi

I'm not a gym member - I get my exercise in the park! So I've been thinking about a PT session or two to help me target a few key areas, and been hunting round the internet for info and recommendations. Not had much luck so far.

I've been using the NRPT website as a guide, which is great for a starting point but it's always good to get recommendations I think.

Does anyone know of a good PT in the Manchester/Bury area? Or, failing that, can point me in the direction of a few websites?

Thanks lots.

Hi, HellieCopter,

My name is Justin and I'm a Personal Trainer from Wales. I do understand that finding a good PT can be a tricky job, but I specialize in fat-loss with my clients so whilst you're looking for a local trainer, I'm happy to help in the meantime.

If there's anything specific you'd like to know about getting started and what are the best exercises to do, just let me know, either reply here or by PM if you want more in-depth help.

Good luck
