Well done hun , Ive just joined this site, hoping it will keep me motivated . I've done cambridge diet twice before and lost allot of weight but sadly slowly put it on again . This time i swear i will keep it off with a healthy diet and exercise !! promise , I'm on Day 6 today and have my weigh in tomorrow ! from my home scales ive lost 7lb so hoping to loes 9lb by tommorow x Good Luck to you all xxx
