I've messaged my group leader to say I need a couple weeks off so I can get my head round a new load of medication I've been put on. I swear I rattle when I walk. Xx
 
Oh I won't be counting h ex or syns when taking time out but will limit things like bread and fatty foods

Lunch salad with ham mango pineapple cheese
Dinner SW chicken korma and rice.

I'm going to have a bash at making the banana ice cream too.

So I'm taking a couple weeks away from SW and I am going to try slim fast. I did this years ago and lost weight well so here goes. X

Dinner yummy homemade butternut soup and petit pain with butter and a muller corner

Mid morn snack banana
Mid pm snack mango
Late pm snack (I'll find something in the supermarket)
